Alicia Singer
Alicia Singer manages the business operations of Millikan Consulting. Prior to going into partnership with Amy Millikan in October of 2019, she spent half a decade in business consulting leadership positions, all while contributing her time and talents to the boards and fundraising committees of philanthropic organizations — she has dedicated herself to bettering the lives and businesses of others. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Communications Studies.
Today, as Managing Partner and Consultant at Millikan Consulting, she simplifies the complicated, and infuses the strategic with her creativity. An outstanding communicator, Alicia is known for her efficiency and intelligence, as well as her work ethic and sincerity. She helps her teammates and clients overcome any challenge with a smart, thorough strategy and a genuine smile.

+ What inspires your work philosophy?
I have worked with extraordinary leaders over the last ten years that have largely influenced and shaped my management style, my values as a business owner and the type of leader I strive to be.
+ What's in a typical workday for you?
Coffee first… always. Only one cup, though, or I get a little squirrely! Our office is just ten steps from my house. Our team catches up every morning before diving into our work. My days are typically meeting-heavy, done virtually, with Spotify tunes to crank out work in between meetings. Most days, I'll break up the day with some movement — a hike, or yoga/pilates/spin class. Exercise is encouraged in our office!
+ Hidden talents?
I was a ballet dancer from the ages of 8 to 22. I still have a passion for fine arts, and think the arts are vital to a healthy community.
+ If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?
Heaven Beach Resort in Koh Payam, Thailand (my favorite place on planet earth… so far!)
+ If we meet for happy hour, what'll you be having?
Gallatin Pale Ale from Bozeman Brewing Company. My husband Dan, the Quality Manager at BBC played a big role in creating that particular brew — and it’s always my first choice! But I’ll happily drink any draft from a Bozone keg… cheers :)
