In 2018, Amy founded Millikan Consulting with a vision — employee satisfaction and client success should go hand in hand. Amy holds a double major in Marketing and Psychology. She draws from over a decade of marketing and sales experience in creative, audience-facing roles as well as analytical operations. Thoughtful, dynamic, and driven, she understands marketing inside and out. Known by her team as a tech wizard with a generous heart, Amy is both a subject matter expert and a lifelong student, seamlessly blending humility and expertise in a leadership style that is visionary, yet compassionate. Raised in Montana, Amy exemplifies her home state's ethos of working hard and caring for others.

I can ice skate… Captain of the Women's Adult Beer League Hockey champs in 2020!
